1. Agreement to These Terms

By accessing the Coolizi AC website, placing an order through our online store, or using any Coolizi AC mobile or desktop application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the website or purchase our products. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Coolizi AC, a company registered in the State of Colorado, United States.

We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our business, our products, or applicable law. The current version will always be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated by email to active customers at least 30 days before they take effect.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Coolizi AC website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the website. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, any other systems or networks connected to the website, or any Coolizi AC servers or databases. Automated scraping, harvesting, or mining of website content is prohibited without our prior written consent.

Account Responsibility

If you create an account on the Coolizi AC website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. Coolizi AC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All product prices displayed on the Coolizi AC website are shown in United States Dollars unless otherwise noted, and exclude applicable sales tax, value-added tax, and shipping fees, which are calculated and displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, cancel orders placed at incorrect prices, and limit quantities purchased per customer. Product images are representative and minor variations in colour and finish may occur between images and shipped products.

Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. By submitting an order you confirm that the payment method used belongs to you or that you have been authorised to use it. If your payment cannot be processed we will contact you to arrange an alternative method or cancel the order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Coolizi AC ships to most residential and commercial addresses in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Australia. Standard ground shipping is complimentary on all orders within the contiguous United States. Expedited and international shipping options are available at additional cost, calculated based on destination, weight, and selected service level. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

Delivery Windows

Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation email. While we work closely with our shipping partners, Coolizi AC is not liable for delays caused by weather, carrier disruption, incorrect address information, customs processing for international orders, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

5. Limited Warranty

Each Coolizi AC unit is covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twenty-four months from the date of original retail purchase. During the warranty period, Coolizi AC will, at its sole discretion, repair the defective unit, replace it with a unit of equivalent functionality, or refund the original purchase price. The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, unauthorised modification, improper electrical supply, exposure to outdoor elements, commercial use beyond stated ratings, or failure to follow the care and maintenance instructions included with the product. To initiate a warranty claim, contact our customer care team with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos if applicable.

6. Returns & Refunds

You may return your Coolizi AC unit in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of our error. To initiate a return, contact our customer care team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned unit and are credited to the original payment method. Banks and credit card issuers may take an additional 7 to 14 days to post the credit to your account.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Coolizi AC website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and the compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of Coolizi AC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. The Coolizi name and logo are registered trademarks of Coolizi AC. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any material from our website without our prior written consent.

You may submit reviews, comments, suggestions, ideas, and other content to Coolizi AC through the website or other channels. By submitting content you grant Coolizi AC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Coolizi AC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use the website or products. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Coolizi AC's total cumulative liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for personal injury, so the above limitation may not apply to you in cases of death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Coolizi AC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these terms, your use of the website, or your use of any Coolizi AC product in a manner not intended by the manufacturer.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms, the website, or any Coolizi AC product shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Boulder County, Colorado, except where prohibited by the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction.

Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to contact us first and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting you via email. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days of submission, you or Coolizi AC may pursue formal resolution.
